3. Property Viewings & Appointments

Physical site visits and property viewings are arranged in advance and accompanied by an authorized Rev Property Group representative. Clients are expected to arrive punctually and respect the security, privacy, and house rules of the properties visited.

4. Agency Fees & Professional Services

Standard agency commissions, tenant finding fees, and property management rates follow established real estate practice in Kenya and will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before entering any binding tenancy agreement or purchase contract.

5. Legal Due Diligence for Property Buyers

While Rev Property Group assists with initial document verification (Title Deed searches, Ndungu Land Report checks, and official registry confirmation), all property purchasers are strongly advised to engage an independent qualified advocate to conduct formal conveyancing and land registry searches before paying any deposit.

6. Intellectual Property

The official Rev Property Group logo, website branding, written copy, property descriptions, and media created by our photography team are proprietary. Content from this website may not be republished or copied for commercial use without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rev Property Group shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from website downtime, third-party contractor actions, or independent negotiations entered into without our direct agency representation.

8. Governing Law
