3. Property Listings & Information Accuracy

While Rev Property Group implements rigorous vetting standards—including land registry checks and visual inspections—listing descriptions, photographs, floor areas, dimensions, and financial projections are presented as guides in good faith:

• Prospective purchasers and tenants are advised to conduct independent physical inspections and cadastral boundary verifications prior to executing binding sale agreements or parting with deposits.
• Property prices quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or United States Dollars (USD) are subject to revision by the property owner without prior notice prior to formal reservation.
• Availability of listed units is subject to real-time status changes, prior lease execution, or off-plan reservations.

4. Viewing Bookings & Conduct

Property viewings arranged through Rev Property Group require advance confirmation via telephone or official WhatsApp. Viewings are conducted in the presence of an authorized Rev Property Group representative. Clients agree to respect property occupant privacy, safety guidelines, and security protocols of private estates and commercial facilities during inspections.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All architectural photographs, video media, branding trademarks, floor plans, text copy, and website layout elements displayed on revpropertygroup.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Rev Property Group or its content licensors. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, republication, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and actionable under Kenyan copyright statutes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Kenya, Rev Property Group, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on third-party representations, delays in governmental land registry title issuance, or unforeseen structural defects not reasonably discoverable during customary non-invasive inspections.

These terms and any disputes arising in connection with our property advisory services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
